How it works

How it works

We install a private brain for your company, and a simple app your team actually uses. Here is what that is, and how it gets built.

What we install

A company brain. Your documents, your meetings, and the tools you already pay for, connected, so someone can ask a question and get an answer from your own records.

A simple app your team actually uses, built around the work that takes the most time.

The best frontier models, built in. Each job uses the model that is best at it, and that changes as the models do.

Connecting tools is the easy part. The real work is what sits underneath: five versions of the same customer, channels nobody checks, and PDFs nobody can search. That is the work we install.

The steps

  1. Discovery call

A conversation, not a pitch. We ask how the business runs, where time and money leak, and whether this is even the right fit. If it is not, we will say so.

  2. Scope

If it is a fit, the next conversation is scope: what we connect, what we build first, how long it takes and what it costs.

  3. The install, in person

Over a few weeks we work with you and your team at your business, connect your documents, meetings and tools, and build the app with the people who will use it.

  4. Then we stay

We keep it working and keep building on it with you, and you decide what comes next.

What you get

  • A private brain built on your own records, on its own infrastructure.
  • A simple app your team actually uses.
  • Answers from your documents, meetings and systems, not the open internet.
  • A person approves anything that goes out to a customer.
  • Access that follows the roles you set.
  • The people who built it, still there after it is built.

What we need from you

  • Time with you at the start, to learn how the business really runs.
  • Access to the systems and documents we are connecting.
  • One person on your team who will own it day to day. Not a developer.
  • Your meetings recorded, or a willingness to start, so what is decided in them can be found later.
  • One real problem to start with.
